What is Dogs For Life?
We are a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) organization devoted to improving the quality of life for people and dogs through training assistance dogs. Hearing dogs for the deaf and hearing impaired, service dogs for mobility challenges and dogs for veterans suffering from the affects of PTSD. DFL sponsors a pet assisted therapy dog program for non-profit facilities in Indian River County. We also own, operate and manage a 4.2-acre off-leash dog park on the corner of 12th Street and 16th Avenue in Vero Beach, Florida. We receive no government funding and rely soly on memberships and donations.
